At Disco Boutique, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping terms below:

1. Delivery Areas & Timelines

• Cairo & Giza: Orders are typically delivered within 2 business days.

• Other Governorates in Egypt: Orders are delivered within 2–3 business days.

• Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons, sales events, or due to courier delays.

2. Delivery Confirmation

• After placing your order, our team will contact you via WhatsApp for confirmation.

• Orders without WhatsApp confirmation will not be shipped.

3. Delivery Process

• Customers will receive a confirmation once the order is placed.

• Our courier partner will contact you prior to delivery.

• Customers are required to check the product in the presence of the courier before accepting the order.

4. Shipping Fees

• Cairo & Giza: 100 EGP

• All other governorates in Egypt: 120 EGP

• Free shipping promotions (if active) will be clearly announced on our website or social media.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for all orders within Egypt.

• Customers should prepare the exact amount to pay the courier upon delivery.

6. Partial Returns (Outside Cairo & Giza)

• For deliveries outside Cairo and Giza, partial returns are not allowed.

• Customers must either accept the entire package or return the entire package.
