We want you to be satisfied with your order. Please read our return and refund conditions carefully before completing your purchase.
1. No Refunds on Cash Orders
• Orders paid with Cash on Delivery (COD) are non-refundable.
• Customers are required to check the product in the presence of the courier before the courier leaves. Once the courier departs, the order is considered accepted and final.
2. Card Payment Orders (Online Payments)
• For orders paid by credit/debit card, customers may request a return/refund within 3 days of receiving the order.
• To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with tags/packaging intact.
3. Refund Method
• Approved refunds for card payments will be processed via bank transfer only.
• Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
4. How to Request a Return/Refund

5. Exceptions
• Items that are worn, used, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
• Sale/clearance items are final sale and not eligible for refund.
